This is a collaborative workshop I did with the South Asian Arts Collective. We were commissioned by Yarningham (a Birmingham based yarn festival) to hold two textile based workshops - with the aim of creating a community art piece that could be displayed at Moseley Road Baths.

We had the idea to create a communal mind-map in the form of finger knitting and embroidery, as it. Everyone was invited to have a go and collaborate with each other - which resulted in this organic web of wool.
